The best thing to do is follow our simple measuring instructions. It will always be easier if your track or pole is already in place.
Please contact us immediately and we will change the details of the order. If your item is in production it maybe too late to make the changes. If this is the case and you wish to cancel the order, you will receive a 50% refund.
We try to deliver within 4 weeks of the order being placed. If there is going to be any sort of delay we will contact you immediately.
When your product has been made we will contact you to arrange a delivery day to suit you.

No, this is a bad idea! The best way to care for your curtains and blinds is to vacuum them regularly. They can be dry cleaned but there is still a possibility that they may shrink.
Your curtains may need to be ironed when they arrive and this is fine. Make sure you use the right heat setting for the fabric and not too much steam. If you are not sure, please contact us.
In time colours may fade. The best way to protect them from this is with blackout lining or interlining. It will also depend on how sunny the room is.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund in the first 24 hours. After this only a 50% refund will be given if we have started to make up your order.
Of course we want you to be happy with your order and if there is a significant problem with the fabric or workmanship, we will do our best to rectify it. We cannot however accept returns if you have given us the wrong measurements.
Your curtains will vary in weight depending on the fabric and lining that you have chosen. You will need to make sure that your track or pole is securely fixed to the wall and is strong enough to take the weight of your curtains before you hang them.
